Missions
Our
mission is to give our congregation opportunities to reach out to those in need, using our varied gifts. We strive to
serve those in distress, local and worldwide, and express the social concerns of the church. Although our supported
ministries differ, their purpose is the same: to touch others’ lives, giving hope amid despair, as God calls us
to witness in His name. The Mission Ministry assists organizations that work with people needing aid. The ministry
calls upon our congregation to help maintain its support and serve those in need of hope We give on-going support to
the organizations listed below. - Friendship Center for New Beginnings – a Christian organization
in Flemington, NJ, which helps single parents or those facing unplanned pregnancies.

Mission
of the Month
The Mission of the
Month focuses on the visually impaired and animals.: The Seeing Eye, Inc. is the oldest existing guide
dog school in the world. Twelve times a year, as many as 24 students at a time visit the Morristown, N.J. campus
to discover the exhilarating experience of traveling with a Seeing Eye® dog. It does not receive any government
contributions, yet only charges students a nominal fee for these amazing animals. We would like to support the Seeing Eye®
with donations of Milkbones and Nylabones (chew toys).
We are also supporting the continuous efforts of the
Hunterdon Humane Animal Shelter/SPCA in Milford. They need the following items: - food/treats for cats & dogs
Please place any donations in the marked bins in the Narthex.
